The Boonsboro Green Fest committee is hosting another Swap & Recycling Event in Shafer Park in Boonsboro on Saturday, May 9 from 9am - 2pm.
Clothing (including shoes and accessories) for the Swap will be collected throughout the week ahead of the event at Pavilion 1. Volunteers will be available Wednesday -Thursday, May 6 - 7 from 5pm - 7pm and on Friday, May 8 from 3pm - 6pm. You may also bring clothing with you on Saturday, May 9 during the regular event hours. Pavilion 1 is located right off of the Community Center Parking Lot in Shafer Park near the baseball diamond.
Mark your calendars now and be ready to Swap & Recycle usable goods--including plants, household items, art & craft supplies, accessories, shoes, books, and more. There will also be areas set up to collect hard to recycle items such as scrap metal, electronics/televisions, bulky hard plastics, wine corks, disposable razors, beauty product packaging, dental care items, egg cartons and lots more.
