Trash Cleanups

Everyone can pitch in to help clean their neighborhoods of trash that impact their environment. Cleanups are scheduled throughout the year. Nominate a site for cleanup!

Tree Stewardship

Trees provide numerous benefits including cooling urban heat, shading the creeks, providing food and habitat, & beautifying communities. ACWA encourages everyone to help plant trees wherever possible.

Community Science

Volunteers study our stream’s chemistry, insects, and temperature to track water health and identify problem areas. Sampling events occur March - November. Training is provided.
