Potomac Riverkeeper Network is hosting a community meeting to discuss Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), also known as "forever chemicals" in the Antietam Watershed.
Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Zullinger Community Center, 4569 Buchanan Trail E, Waynesboro, PA 17268
The meeting will provide information on PFAS sources, such as pesticides, biosolids, wastewater, and firefighting foam.
Free PFAS test kits will be available for the first 50 attendees.
